Sacramento County Workforce Pathways Grant (WPG) Stipend Program

Funded by the State of California, the goals of the Sacramento County QCC Workforce Pathways Grant (WPG) are:

to increase the number of qualified early learning and care (ELC) professionals
to increase the educational credentials, knowledge, and competencies of existing ELC professionals.

Eligible participants who finish approved professional growth activities and submit complete documentation may receive a stipend. Professional growth activities include initial Family Child Care Home (FCCH) licensure and/or training and/or college coursework designed to move up the Career Lattice.
