Sacramento County Early Learning Roadmap: Prenatal Through Age Eight

"Sacramento County Early Learning Roadmap: Prenatal Through Age Eight" is a guide to help ensure that ALL children in Sacramento County have the same chance to live, learn, and lead healthy lives.  The result of a 15-month planning process involving 60 community partners that represent a broad range of stakeholders, the Roadmap is intended to build momentum and garner support for our youngest learners. The Roadmap focuses on five priority areas:

        • Comprehensive Services and Support for Children and Families;

        • Early Learning and Development for ALL Children;

        • Family and Community Outreach and Engagement;

        • Program Structures and Environment; and

        • Early Learning Workforce Recruitment, Retention, and Professionalism.
